The common rules spelt: The longer in power, the greater abuse in administration. This is particularly true like BN government in which they have been in control over the past 55 years. Many a time they act intentionally or non-intentionally to grasp and placed the interest of personal above the public. Mal-pratices tends to occur every year as mentioned in yearly AG'reports and the relevant ministers or officers has lack of accountablity and be charged for faults attempts. Hence a culture of mis-behave and irresponsiblity to serious as corruptions has happened over these years. However the enforcement units has yet to receive green light or due to technical reasons hesistate to investigate and charge for complains. It was all due to strong central power of the ruling party that forseen the public allegations. As such it is strongly recommended to have a two party system to check and balance of a good governance for which rakyat must be placed on top in respect of national benefits and interest.
