We common people do not understand what is luxury living. These numbers are not big, they are more or less in the range if you calculate a heated swimming pool which uses a lot of electricity and water each time it is drained and cleaned. We are not a communist country so everyone is free to get to the top.When you are at the top, you have the right to spend.Many rich people in KL and Klang Valley will exceed these bills stated. You complain some more, you will be arrested as communists! Only communists think of equality. Ha Ha Ha.

It is right to say we aren't communist country and everyone has the right to get to the top position but it is totally wrong to say that when one is at the top one has the right to spend. For a public servant, people elect you to the position to serve, not giving you the right to spend. Even in a public listed company, the CEO has to get approval from shareholders for his perks unless it is your own private company.
A public servant who got the cheek to ask his rakyat to tighten their belts while he/she spends like a tycoon is utterly contemptible, don't care which party one is from.

1097/1.61 = 681 平方米的水， 或是
681 x1000 = 681,000 公升。
根据最浪费水的槟城人用法， 每人每天要用上250 公升的水（别问我为何）， （681000/250）公司 = 2724 人 。

事實是那兩間鬼屋用水用電正常,水表電表也正常, 即使是常有鬼賓探訪, 開鬼party天天群妖亂舞, 水費電費不過1千幾佰.
只是, 鬼屋的水費電費,乜費物費..全部由專業的公司的專業人士打理. 天下沒有白吃的午餐, 請專業顧問公司, 不用給$$啊?? 不用給COMMISSION 啊??
